About the role Kitton (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented STORE ADMINISTRATION professional to join our team in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. As a full-time position, this role will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management and administration of our products and storage facilities.
What you'll be doing Manage the daily operations and workflow of the warehouse, ensuring all inventory is accurately tracked and storedProcess and maintain detailed records of all incoming and outgoing goods, including stock levels and movementCoordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and collection of productsImplement and oversee effective inventory control and stock management systemsProvide administrative support to the wider operations team as neededIdentify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to increase efficiencyWhat we're looking for Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar store administration or warehouse management roleStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailProficient in using  MS Office applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various suppliers and teamsProblem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressureKnowledge of warehousing, logistics and supply chain management processesFit stamina is highly requiredWhat we offer Competitive salary and bonus structureComprehensive medical and insurance benefitsOpportunities for professional development and career progressionSupportive and collaborative work environmentStaff discounts on our productsMedical & Dental & many moreIf you're excited to be part of our dynamic team, apply now for this STORE ADMINISTRATION role.
