Store Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Store Assistant who is ready to take on all sales responsibilities and to assist in spare part management activities and customers’ orders. Our ideal candidate will deliver a professional presentation to customers and uphold the ideals and standards of our company. It requires someone who can switch tasks seamlessly, as well as someone who likes to work on their feet. The successful Store Assistant will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greets customers politely in order to build rapport and increase the customer satisfaction level.
• Offering advice to customers in a Professional way
• Liaise with purchasing / sales personnel regarding incoming and outgoing goods.
• Receive incoming and outgoing goods, packing, loading and unloading.
• Responsible for all store activities including inspection and receiving of parts, issuing of parts to production, picking up parts and arranging for shipments.
• Receive and verify incoming material vs delivery order (D/O) and Purchase Order (P/O).
• Monitor stock inventory level and ensure accuracy of stock.
• Check and ensure stock receiving according to delivery order
• Stock labelling with bar code
• Help in monitoring the stock accuracy and take good care of stock
• Help in taking customer order on the front desk as and when required
• Processing payments of various kinds;
• Responsible to ensure the cleanliness of showrooms in all aspects including rack, stocks, floor, rest room and so on in order to maintain showroom’s ambiance.
• Assists for stocks arrangement and storage in daily basis
• Picks up product knowledge and market trend by understanding the product features and market needs in order hit higher sales achievement.
• Perform other duties delegate by immediate superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENT:
• Minimum Skilled Certificate
• 1-2 year working experience in handling spare part/store related activities
• Must be able to communicate in English, Malay or Chinese
• Good Working behavior, positive thinking and willing to work in team with high level of dedication
• Hands on experience with MS Office
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
