Store Assistant

Job description1. Prepare and maintain a variety of records related to the organization's store activities2. Helping to spot and prepare materials and equipment for disposal, transfer, or auction3. Keep up-to-date records of receipts and withdrawals from the stockroom4. Track document and resolve any discrepancies on received orders5. Coordinate with operation team6. Any other ad-hoc duties assignedJob Requirements1. 1 year of experience in storekeeping, inventory control or recordkeeping2. Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent3. Proficient in computer knowledge4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills5. Familiarity with standard concepts in stockroom or warehouse environment6. Able to perform OT when required7.
