RESPONSIBILITIES Receive and unload goods.Stock take when goods arrive.Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.Rotate and coordinate the withdrawals of stock on "first in, first out" principle.Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stock from warehouse.To monitor and follow up customer's delivery schedule.To coordinate with all other related department to ensure on time delivery.To responsible for transport arrangement.To monitor and record outgoing goods for delivery.To counter check the return of Delivery Order daily.Ensure proper and accurate filling of all delivery related documents.Ensure proper record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm stock levels and maintain inventory control.Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labelling supplies.Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.Weekly stock take Prepare monthly report.Prepare all shipping document.Deal with Forwarding Agent for Custom declaration preparation Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of proper record keeping and inventory management.Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a warehouse environment.Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, any field.Minimum 3 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping in Manufacturing environment.Able to work independently with minimum supervision.Computer literate and well-versed in MS Office application The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Able to communicate in both MANDARIN (written & oral).
