Job ResponsibilitiesArrange and locate FG stock & paper roll at the correct place & make record include protect of stock.
Ensure all finished goods are with FQC inspection acceptance before loading to FG store.
Ensure storekeeper arranges goods according to generally acceptable accounting method - (FIFO).
Liaise and resolve all warehouse issues timely with store personnel and logistic team effectively.
Prepare clear and complete daily excess stock list per job for store personnel to expedite accurate quantity.
Conduct monthly stock count for all incoming materials, finished goods, and paper roll.
Analyze and resolve all stock variances timely with negligible negative impact to business.
Ensure daily operations are supported and coordinated in the warehouse and with the relevant staff.
Control and monitor old stock aging record and TBA items.
Adhere to all safety, health & environment instruction or measures.
Maintain 5S practices in daily operation and workplace at all times.
