We are representing our client, a renowned fitness brand from Taiwan, which is excited to launch its first retail store in Malaysia at Pavilion Bukit Jalil.
They are looking for a proactive and experienced Store Manager to lead their team.
Job Description:
Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
Recruit, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure attractive product displays.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Job Requirements:
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Proven experience as a retail manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion and interest in gym & fitness is a plus.
Working Hours:
40-48 hours per week, with shifts rotating to cover all operating hours from 10 am to 10 pm.
