Management - Store (Retail & Consumer Products)
Lead and manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets.
Foster a positive and customer-centric culture within the store.
Train, develop, and motivate a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date with competitors' activities and make recommendations to stay competitive.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Create and maintain a visually appealing and attractive store layout to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure availability of products.
Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with other store managers and head office to share best practices and achieve company goals.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to higher management.
Continuously strive to uphold the company's brand image and values. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Lilanz and the company's products within the community.
Perform any other tasks as required by management.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of retail management experience.
Working experience in the apparel retailing field will be preferred.
Fluent in communication, well-groomed and confident in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu.
Candidates proficient in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Self-driven team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong sense of responsibility, good presentation, communication, and planning skills.
Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team members.
Ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously.
Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work retail shifts on weekends and public holidays.
People-oriented and a team player with a positive mindset and pleasant disposition.
