Store Manager

Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by monitoring store performance and implementing strategic initiatives to boost sales.
Proactively identify areas for growth and improvement.
Analyze sales reports and data to maximize profitability, manage expenses, and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures.
Oversee all operational aspects, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization in line with ASE Academy standards.
Lead, train, and mentor store staff, setting clear performance expectations and providing regular feedback.
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the related industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
Candidate must possess at least a Degree.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, as most of our clients are Mandarin speakers.
Strong understanding of operations, sales strategies, merchandising, and customer service principles.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and profitability analysis.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, including effective communication, delegation, and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
