Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
Manage all aspects of daily store operations, including inventory, staffing, and compliance.
Maintain high brand standards in visual merchandising and store presentation.
Provide coaching, development, and performance feedback to build a strong and collaborative team.
Analyze store performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
Requirements:
Proven track record in retail management, preferably in fashion or beauty.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales and operational goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with managing staff performance and driving team engagement.
