Job ResponsibilitiesGenerating Sales
Leading a team of store/sales manager(s)/senior supervisor(s)/supervisor(s) in maximizing sales and commercial opportunities
Maximizing sales return per square foot
Increasing average basket size and overall transactions of the responsible business unit
Efficient preparation and implementation of sales promotion activities
Seasonal changes in accordance with the seasonal guide provided, ensuring merchandise displays highlight the season and meet high standards to enhance the shopping experience and increase sales
Analyzing sales figures and identifying ways to increase sales by evaluating strengths and weaknesses based on commercial data and on-floor observations
Using stock management systems to ensure optimum stock availability and providing solutions for efficient logistics, including stock consolidation and turnaround times
Implementing best practices following the commercial management toolkit to better manage the commercial aspects of the store business
Leading and motivating the team to achieve daily targets.
Job Requirements
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
At least 3 years of working experience in managing retail stores and subordinates
