Store Manager/Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:A brand ambassador who demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to customers.
Provide exemplary quality of customer service, build repeat clientele, and maintain customer relationships.
Answer customer enquiries and provide professional feedback according to the brand's standards.
Maintain an excellent level of presentation of the shop interiors, mannequins, and windows.
Assist in daily operations in-store.

Possess at least a degree with7-10 years of retail experience , of whichmore than 5 yearsis in aStore Managerrole.
Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills and presentation preparation skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; proficiency inMandarinwill be anadvantage .
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Presentable, independent, customer-oriented, and possess a strong business sense.
Prior exposure to premiumfashion brandsormenswear brands .
Possess at least SPM, Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field, preferable with4-6 yearsofretail experience .
Possess good customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills inboth EnglishandBahasa Malaysiaare highly preferred.
