JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Generating Sales
Leading team of store/sales manager(s)/senior supervisor(s)/supervisor(s) in maximizing sales and commercial opportunities
Maximize the sales return per square foot
Increase average basket and overall transactions of the responsible business unit
Ensure efficiency in the preparation/implementation of sales promotion activities
Implement seasonal changes in accordance with the seasonal guide and merchandise display to promote a better shopping experience
Analyze sales figures and seek ways to increase sales by identifying strengths and weaknesses guided by commercial numbers and floor observation
Use stock management systems to ensure optimum stock availability and manage logistic movements of stocks efficiently
Implement best practices following the commercial management toolkit to better manage the commercial aspect of the store business
Lead and motivate the team to achieve daily targets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
At least 3 years of working experience in managing retail stores and subordinates
Candidate must be willing to work on retail hours and public holidays
