Your Role as a Section Manager – Operations
As a Section Manager – Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our store operations run seamlessly.
Collaborating closely with the Store Manager, you will oversee key aspects of operational performance, support team development, and contribute to the success of our store.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assist in recruiting store staff and nurture their growth through training, mentorship, and performance evaluation.
Support the Store Manager in managing work schedules and other administrative tasks for front-line staff.
Manage vendor contracts, conduct evaluations, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Monitor inventory to ensure quality, including tracking product expiration dates and addressing damages.
Implement and oversee anti-theft measures, ensure store cleanliness, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Analyze product sales (SKU), plan inventory needs, and identify growth opportunities to drive store performance.
Play a vital role in the setup and opening of new stores, ensuring operations are ready for a successful launch.
Who We're Looking For:
Age under 35 years old
A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
Proven experience in retail, ideally in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of retail operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to work across locations and flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
