We're looking for a Store Supervisor to join our team at Venus Excellent Sdn Bhd, a leading event services provider.
In this role, you'll oversee our event rental store and ensure that everything is ready for our clients' events, from equipment to décor.
What You'll Do:
Manage day-to-day store operations for our event rentals
Supervise and motivate a dynamic team, ensuring efficiency and high standards
Ensure inventory is properly stocked, organized, and maintained
Coordinate with clients, ensuring all orders are filled accurately and on time
Prepare and oversee the cleaning and maintenance of rental equipment
Assist with event logistics and deliveries when needed
Minimum Requirements:
Has experience in retail or event operations (supervisory role preferred)
Is highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
Has strong leadership skills and enjoys working with a team
Is customer-focused and can solve problems on the spot
Can adapt quickly to meet the needs of different events and clients
