Responsibilities:Supervises and coordinates store staff activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain an organized and efficient store layout, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and stored.
Managing and supervising store activities including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
Monitor and maintain stock levels, overseeing ordering and replenishment processes as needed.
Conducting regular stock checks, audits, and reporting discrepancies.
Coordinating with production, purchasing, and delivery teams to fulfill operational needs.
Ensuring proper storage of goods in compliance with safety and company standards.
Requirements:
Minimum a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or inventory management in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with inventory management software (ERP systems, etc.).
Good understanding of storekeeping methods, materials, equipment, and supplies.
Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards is essential.
Strong supervisory skills to manage a small team of store staff.
