Store Supervisor

Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day retail store operations with excellence and to ensure daily operations is in compliance with Group policy and procedures.Deliver retail sales & profit according to Company target.Ensure store visual merchandise is compliance to company SOP.Involved in recruitment, interview and orientation for new joiner.Lead and communicate effectively with a team of retail associates, including coaching and training.Responsible in staff zoning on selling floor.Increase associates' product knowledge and customer service skills by initiate certain activities or training.Attend weekly meeting and weekly sales reporting with the management.Any other duties as per assigned. Requirements: At least 3 year (s) of experience in Supervisory position in fashion apparel industry or related field is required.Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (In order to liaise with the Mandarin speaking tourists)Able to play the role as team leader.On shift basis. Must be willing to work during weekends and public holidays.Sales driven and passionate in fashion retail.Must be willing to work Tommy Hilfiger Gurney Plaza (Penang).Full-time position available.
