We are looking for a self-driven and highly motivated individual to join our Warehouse Team.
The ideal candidate shall have prior experience managing a group of subordinates performing direct and indirect materials operations in Warehouse including 3PL operations.ResponsibilitiesResources management by planning and determining resources to meet business needs; including human resource capacity, equipment and space utilization, records update and filing.
Supervise a group of store personnel performing the receiving and issuing activities and operations for direct and indirect materials.
Supervise timely APOS and M3 systems transaction updates, including cycle counts and discrepancies investigation and resolution.
Provide training on SOPS, EHS policies and MHEs/PITs to subordinate staff.
Support internal and external quality audits by understanding and fulfilling the quality requirements according to the relevant Quality Handbook and Audits.
Liaise and work with external warehouse service providers on materials requirements transfers, receiving, storage and retrieval arrangements of Ambu materials, including the monitoring of space usage.
Plan and execute warehouse equipment maintenance to prevent accidents and breakdowns including service chits, checklists and repairs and periodic servicing arrangements.
Maintain 5S and EHS compliance in the Warehouse Operations.
Support on any ad hoc assignment/task as and when needed.RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
Preferably with minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a computerized warehouse operations environment, including some basic experience in MHE/PIT maintenance.
Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude, flexible to adapt to any changes and ability to multitask.
Detail - oriented, a team player with good interpersonal skills.
