Job Title: Store Keeper

Job Summary :
We are looking for a reliable and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory, stock levels, and ensure that the storage area is clean and well-organized.
The Store Keeper will oversee receiving and issuing materials, maintaining accurate stock records, and assisting in inventory management.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have good organizational skills, and ensure timely availability of materials.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods and materials.
Maintain an organized and clean inventory area to ensure easy access and safety.
Ensure that stock levels are accurately recorded and maintained.
Monitor inventory and reorder stock when necessary to prevent shortages.
Check and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Record any discrepancies in stock levels and report them to the supervisor.
Assist in stocktaking and ensure proper documentation during inventory audits.
Ensure that all products are properly labeled, tagged, and stored according to company standards.
Process requisitions for materials and products and issue them to the respective departments.
Ensure that safety protocols are followed in the storage area to minimize accidents.
Manage documentation related to stock movement, including delivery receipts and stock reports.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries and stock replenishments.
Report on stock levels, shortages, and potential stock obsolescence.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar role.
Knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using inventory management software and tools.
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks if required.
Ability to operate Forklift
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehouse management or inventory control are a plus.
