Storekeeper

Responsible for proper arrangement and identification of raw material and finished goods.Responsible for maintaining the quality of raw materials and finished goods with proper handling and storage.Ensure practice of first-in-first-out (FIFO) and organize storage area by maximizing storage capacity for raw materials and finished goods.Regular execution of cycle count and stock take activities.Coordinate and monitor all incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods.Receive and check all incoming raw materials to tally with actual purchase order (PO) and delivery order (DO).Arrange and check all outgoing finished goods to tally with actual delivery order (DO).Issue and check all internal material requisitions issued to production.Ensure all warehouse facilities and equipment are properly maintained.Ensure the 5S practice is fully implemented at all times.Assist the head of department (HOD) or logistics and warehouse personnel from relevant departments and subsidiaries for logistics department and warehouse operations.Any other tasks assigned by superior or management.ACADEMY REQUIREMENTMinimum SPM and related requirements or 1-2 years working experience in a related field.EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENTAt least 1-2 years working experience or equivalent in the field.Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and independently.Company Information
