Storekeeper

To monitor store activities
To ensure that goods arriving at the store are inspected properly protected and stored.
To prepare stock for delivery to clients, ensuring that items are packed properly to avoid damage during transit.
To liaise with approved logistics firms to arrange delivery of goods.
To update stock figures in system upon goods leaving the store.
To ensure that items taken are recorded and returned in timely manner if not used at site.
To ensure that tools are recorded in system upon leaving and retuning to store.
To ensure the store area is kept in tidy, clean and free from clutter at all times.
To be responsible for correct stock figures.
To handle yearly stock take activities
To ensure the store equipment are well kept and maintain in good condition
Able to operate forklift
To standby when needed to open the store during off working days.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior from time to time
