Storekeeper

Description JOB DESCIPTION •Specialize in performing transactions of inventories including but not limited to Good Receiving, Issuing, and Cycle counting of rackings stocks, depending on the functional zone assigned.
•Perform duties and fully compliances to the process of Cyclical standard work (CSW), with minimum level complexity C.•Assist the supervisors in auditing of store transactions and participating in corrective /preventive actions of incompliances of process.•Ensure high accuracy of stocks at the zone assigned.
Work with MM support team closely to close the gap of operation.•Ensure full compliance of safety and safeguard property of company at all time.
•Ensure excellent 5S and housekeeping of store.•Periodic review of PFEP documents and ensure proper store labeling at rack, Kanban supermarket and totes is in place at all time.•Coordinate Inventory disposals and submit purchasing requisition for new material handling equipment.•Execute the good issue and return process, depending on the area assigned.•Perform material handling activities, as and when necessary.•Perform daily Bin audit and work on preventive actions for any discrepancies reported.SKILL & COMPETENCIES MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS •Be able to work unsupervised and meet set deadlines.•Good communication skills •Computer literacy essential •Good in SAP systemADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS •Ensure standard work and operating procedures for the stores are enforced on all levels •Well organized and focused on service delivery •Good interpersonal skills •Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and multitask •Decision-Making Skills - Having the ability to make hard and fast decisions is crucial to your successQUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE·Minimum Cert/Diploma·Minimum 5 years working experience in store.
