Strategic Initiatives & Performance Lead : APAC (SAI)Full-time

We are looking for aStrategic Initiatives & Performance Leadfor APAC. This role will lead strategic initiatives and performance improvement across regional customer success teams. The focus is facilitating the implementation of P321, embedding global standards, processes and tools. They will also be working with teams cross-functionally to streamline deliveries, improving delivery performance and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Drive strategic initiatives to optimize delivery and customer success performance (e.g. Project Deliver SA&I)
Lead adoption of global technologies and tools and integrate global platforms into regional standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and standardize processes
Elevate consultancy skills and improve overall delivery quality across teams
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and alignment with global best practices
Measures of Success:
Improved efficiency, speed, and productivity across markets and practice areas
Successful delivery of global and regional initiatives initially as part of P321 including adoption of practice groups, regional fungibility, hubbing, BPI & WoW
Successful adoption and implementation of global technologies and tools, with direct impact on productivity
Noticeable improvement in NPS scores
Minimum Requirements:
Strong financial, operational, and commercial acumen with the ability to align strategic goals with business outcomes, ensuring initiatives lead to measurable improvements in efficiency and performance
Proven track record in leading performance improvement initiatives within customer success or delivery teams, with a focus on embedding global standards and technologies across regional/local teams
Experience in managing large-scale transformation projects
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams, streamline processes, and create synergies that enhance delivery performance
Strong leadership and change management experience
Maturity and presence to actively engage in C-suite discussions and influence senior stakeholders
