RESPONSIBILITY: Conduct market research in terms of industry, insights, global trends and global market products trends by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data trends to be define as global cosmetic trends, product vision strategy and roadmap. Identifying strategic clients' needs and opportunities in terms of business performance, consumer preferences and developing new product business cases and also product marketing strategies with competitive differentiation. Gather, share and generate New Product Development (NPD) ideas with the Product Innovation Teams / Technology Partners (TPs) to develop innovations and products. Prepare and present winning product proposals and presentations to meet our strategic clients' requirements and help their business grow with us. Developing and maintain an ethical and close relationships with our customers through effective communication and great after-sales service. REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Management, Marketing, Chemical Engineering or equivalent. At least 1- 2 years experiences in marketing or sales are preferred. Candidates who are from Cosmetic Industries would be and added advantage. We also welcome applications from students graduated from makeup academies or makeup artist who are passionate about makeup and eager to start your career in the beauty industry . Candidates with project management skills and experience are preferred. Candidates also required good communication skills and interpersonal skills and willing to deal with clients and customers. Teamwork skills and also public relation skills is also require for this role in order to create a great working spirits with both colleague teams and also clients. Sales skills, commercial awareness and analytical skills is also required. Those with some technical knowledge on cosmetic products will be an added advantage. Candidates must be at least fluent in both written and speaking in English.For those who are able to converse aside from the 2 languages will be an added advantage. Candidates must also possessed own transportation's with valid license. Candidates MUST be willing to work in Kota Damansara, Selangor Area. WHY JOIN US?
