Strategic Planning Analyst/Senior Analyst, Regional Bi & Planning

Job Description:Conduct ad-hoc analytical & strategic projects on various topics, from corporate level (e.g. market sizing, new market entry) to business level (e.g. efficiency of marketing spend) to establishing processes (e.g. setting up correct metrics in reporting process)Work closely with Regional Financial Planning & Analysis (Reg FP&A) and Regional Business Intelligence (Reg BI) teams to leverage various capabilities to conduct cross-functional projectsSynthesise complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using qualitative and quantitative methodsPrepare executive-level materials for top management, including regular meetings (Board of Directors, Management Committee…) and ad-hoc projectsRequirements:Candidates with 0 to 4 years of professional experience in e-commerce, supply chain, or logistics related-industry are welcome to applyStrong problem-solving and analytical skills - able to break down problems, structure required analyses, draw insights from data, and design practical solutionsExceptional project management and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in MS Office / SQL knowledge will be a plusGood team player with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
