Role Description The Strategic Resourcer is responsible for supporting the recruitment of qualified candidates that match the experience, skill set and knowledge of the specified job requirements.
The Delivery Consultant will also support campaign / RPO recruitment delivery, retain our current contractor workforce, generate sales leads and talent bank qualified multi-sector candidates (PIE).
Principle Accountabilities: Deliver quality service against all the recruitment steps (sourcing, networking, jobs publishing, candidates' screenings, interviews prep and debrief, client and candidate control, feedback, etc).
Keeping a good fill ratio and a low fall-off ratio.
Use creatively all available resources and networks to successfully source new candidates (Job Boards, LinkedIn etc), publish and monitor job openings/responses on various web search engines and the Airswift website.
Record all activities in the Candidate Management System to ensure figures are captured and information is accessible globally.
Display a track record of taking ownership of individual targets as well as the ability to work in a cooperative team environment.
Ensure all candidates are fully screened and possess the correct skill set experience and qualifications against the incoming job requirements.
Constantly source candidate pools across the PIE (Process, Infrastructure, Energy) to ensure a "live" network of candidates are available to react to any new requirements that may arise.
Maintaining and developing relationships with new candidates and clients via telephone Be able to demonstrate market knowledge across PIE sectors (Power, Infrastructure, Energy) by gathering intelligence from candidates and industry press articles.
Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing candidates/clients.
Report weekly on lead generation performance, demonstrating accountability and commitment to identifying new opportunities.
Be able to demonstrate consistent follow-ups following a CV Send action against a live internal requirement.
Gather information on the Hot Jobs in each region and distribute this information to the current leavers.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Ability to be flexible and able to multitask with day to day workflow.
2 + years of sales/recruiting experience.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must be comfortable with high volume candidate interaction via telephone/face to face regularly.
Must be a good communicator and must have a proven track record within a sales and resulted orientated environment with a strong desire to succeed.
Possess strong organisational skills and must be detail oriented Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
