About the roleAdas Hightex Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Structural Engineer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor.
As a Structural Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing the structural integrity of our engineering projects.
This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and innovative projects, contributing to the company's success and growth.
What you'll be doing
Conducting structural analyses and designs, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations
Preparing detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports
Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other team members to develop integrated design solutions
Able to make hands calculation of steel design and propose solution for rectification
Identifying and proposing innovative structural solutions to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the civil/structural engineering industry
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
