Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Programme Executive to join our team in managing exchange student placements and support services in the AFS Antarabudaya Malaysia National Office. The Programme Executive will play a key role in ensuring the successful integration and well-being of exchange students, as well as fostering positive relationships with our stakeholders including host families, sending families, schools, and partner organizations.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education, social work, communications, or international relations.
1-3 years of experience in education management or related fields.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Cultural sensitivity and empathy towards the needs and experiences of exchange students and host families.
Proficiency in English and Malay languages, both written and spoken.
Preferably male candidates.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed, especially during peak exchange periods.
