Student Recruitment Executive

Full time
Responsible for the recruitment of students from local and international countries and the sales and marketing of services offered by the University.
Devise effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of international and local students.
Handling enquiries and counseling to prospective students/parents to enroll in the University.
Participate in road shows, education fairs and other marketing activities as may be required.
Work in a team for the achievement of business goals and recruitment targets.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Human Resource Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 3 years' experience in international student recruitment.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, with proficiency in Mandarin considered an added advantage.
A deep understanding of cultural nuances and market dynamics in various international regions.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.#J-18808-Ljbffr
