Student Recruitment Executive (Malaysia)Implement marketing and sales strategies to meet student recruitment target numbers and revenue for the territories assigned.
Recruitment Agent Management
Assist to design and implement strategies to recruit students from assigned territories.
Initiate and implement regular information sessions for programs in collaboration with recruitment agents.
Provide enquiry support to students during information sessions, supporting logistical, administrative and coordination works in order to make outreach a success.
Provide training, calls, and visits to regularly engage recruitment agents to build rapport.
Expand recruitment agent network, establish new contacts, maintain good service relationship with recruitment agents, and work together to achieve sales targets.
Student Outreach and Support
Maintain good relationships and engagement with existing and establish new foreign school and university collaborations.
Conduct and attend marketing activities such as education fairs, seminars, college talks, etc.
Attend to students' queries and feedback via emails, phone calls, and face-to-face interaction in a timely manner according to leads management system guidelines.
Support prospective students' application documents and provide good service standards to enhance the student application experience.
Budget Management
Operate within the given financial budget for recruitment managed wisely and effectively.
Reports
Provide regular performance reports to the reporting officer.
Provide market intelligence to the reporting officer on competitors and opportunities.
Others
Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.
Requirements
Degree holder with 1-3 years of experience
Self-driven to achieve targets set.
Strong relationship building and management skills.
Understand consumer behavior and the factors affecting buying decisions.
Able to initiate ideas in individual markets and work in a team-oriented environment.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to do in-depth course counseling across all disciplines.
Willing to travel extensively (within Malaysia and to Singapore) and work during weekends when required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
