Student Service Executive

We are looking for a professional, mature and self-motivated team player to support our adult learns as they progress through their courses. You will be someone who enjoys talking to our adult learners on the phone and is a great communicator.This is a great opportunity for someone with a psychology degree or customer service and or academic administrative experience. You should have a strong interest in mentoring people, mental healthcare and be a great communicator.The Right Candidate-You are confident talking to people on the phone-Have a mature, positive and helpful attitude -Excellent problem solving skills-You will have a great command of English -Passionate about mental health and strong interested in people-Degree or equivalent preferably in a related fieldTo help you succeed in this role :-You will receive full  training -Great support from your manager and team-And an opportunity to join in house coursesThis will suit a person who is mature and has excellent and professional phone etiquette, The idea candidate will have the passion to listen and support adult learners and have a natural problem solving attitude.   You will keep records and discuss the students with your team leader.
