Student Services Officer (Permas Jaya)

Assist in overseeing, planning, and executing details such as logistics, budgets, and other aspects of school events in collaboration with the academic departments of National and International Schools.
Assist in overseeing, planning, and executing educational trips, school exchange programs, and other student leadership development programs.
Ensure effective communication with students, particularly before they begin their studies and at the start of the academic year, to make them aware of the school's support mechanisms and services.
Assist in exploring and developing holiday, tutorial, out-of-school-hours programs (both online and offline), and CCAs in collaboration with the academic departments of National and International Schools as well as external vendors or internal staff.
Assist in overseeing the induction process for new and continuing students to ensure a smooth transition to school or higher levels of study.
Liaise with education agents and universities to foster effective partnerships between the school and external parties while providing career counseling to students.
Champion the integration of academic and personal skills development within academic programs and facilitate support for student progression to tertiary institutions and internship programs, where applicable.
Build strong rapport with students by participating regularly in teaching classes or student activities.
