Subject Matter Expert

Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to collaborate with related department to identify their needs and develop tailored KM strategies- Designing data collection materials and conducting key informant interviews, focus group discussions, and surveys to determine knowledge needs of primary and intermediary audiences- Contributing to the design and implementation of tailored KM strategies according to needs assessment results- Documenting field program experiences and lessons learned- Communicating with partners and local networks to support the needs of the project and to promote KM- Writing and editing technical reports and tailoring messages for relevant audiences.Requirement- 2-3 years of experience as a Knowledge based officer in Contact Centre environment- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skill- Need to have IT background at least Diploma**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Job Types**: Permanent, ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
