YOUR ROLE
To plan and execute projects related to Substrate New Product / Changes, in timeliness manner to meet project objective / milestone
To run a project by leading a project team to realize the deliverables of the project from Kick Off till industrialization
To execute and support Make / Buy projects.
To qualify new Substrate part number for new packages, new product and supply chain projects.
To liaise with Substrate supplier on the development of new technology.
To provide technical support when there is critical quality concerns related to project/ Substrate.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Master or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering / Material Science / Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering or equivalent engineering field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in project management.
Engineer with Substrate & Leadframe manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.
Good inter-personal skills and able to work well under pressure.
