Project Title:

MMP SLT Mobo Test Performance Study

Description:

Study on the SLT pre test errors at level 1 and 2 and seek for opportunities for enhancement

Scope:

Perform survey, pareto analysis, cause & effect, enhancement and control plan

Supporting team :

Process Engineer and technicians

Equipment Engineer and technicians,

FA Engineers and technicians,

Manufacturing Supervisor & Trainers.

Deliverables:

Study the type and recurrence of screen errors at SLT level 1 and 2

Perform commonality study on the data collected

Stretched goal:

Recommend applicable changes to cross-site team members to ensure standardization is achieved between sites.

Improve the current SLT pre test errors
