Supervise Production Cum Sales Admin

Activities: Oversee daily production operations, ensuring enhence to production schedules and quality standards.
Team Management:Lead, train, and motivate a team of production workers, ensuring high performance and compliance with company policies. Guide the team in resolving technical issues that may arise during production phase
Quality Control: Monitor production processes and products to ensure they meet quality specifications. Implement corrective actions as necessary.
Safety Compliance:Ensure all safety protocols are followed, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.
Process Improvement:Identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Inventory Management:Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and finished products, coordinating with the procurement department as needed.
Reporting:Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including metrics on efficiency, quality, and safety.
Sales support : if EXPERIENCE in sales field will be prefer and better. It will help give support for local sales market. 
- AUTOMOTIVE PARTS relevance EXPERIENCE FIELD will be priority be consideration. 
Prefered language : Chinese, english and malay.
