We expect employees to continuously produce excellent results.- We expect employees to be self-learner.- Your full commitment to the company to achieve its vision and mission**JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Ensure that Barista / Bartender follows proper SOPs when preparing drinks order.- Ensure that the quality of ingredients are up to the standard.- Prepare costing for each beverage and dessert on the menu, and ensure that the costs are up to date- Travel to ALL KSL outlets to ensure that all beverages and desserts are consistent in terms of the quality and the preparation.- Maintain proper inventory record for all stocks, including glassware, silverware and cleaning chemical.- Prepare Purchase Order (PO) using Food Market Hub app and send the PO to the suppliers in timely manner, to ensure that supplies arrive on time and outlets always have enough stocks.- Ensure that all suppliers' invoices are recorded properly in the Financio accounting system.- Ensure that payment to suppliers are done properly.- Conduct a research on trendy beverages / desserts, and propose a seasonal menu for beverages / desserts or when requested.- Conduct training to all barista / bartender staff from time to time, to ensure that staff are well trained and make the operation more effective and efficient.- Ensure mise en place is done properly.- Understand and comply with standard measurement sizes, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.- Washing used glassware with care, cleaning and maintaining bar service area, tea and coffee making areas and equipment such as espresso machines, blender, ice machine etc.- Clean and sanitize work station area including tables, shelves, walls,- Store ingredients in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage.- Promptly inform technicians and Head of Operation when equipment is not working properly, and follow up to ensure that the equipment is fix / replace and ensure that disruption to the service is mínimal.- Complete opening and closing checklists and assists others in opening and closing the kitchen.- Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offers suggestions for improvement.- Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests' needs and support the operation of the restaurant.- Fill-in for fellow employees where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.- Follow all relevant health department code and regulations.**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**:- **MALAYSIANS ONLY**:- **At least 2 years barista / bartender experience**:- **Some experience in managing employees**:- **Experience in managing stocks and ordering**:- **Require own transportation as you will be asked to travel between outlets and meeting suppliers**:- Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details- Ability to work independently AND in a team- Healthy, able to lift heavy items and stand for long hours ( > 5 hours)- Positive attitude and responsible character.- Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.- Prior working experience will be an added advantage.- Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Melayu.- Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.- **Applicants must be fully vaccinated.
