Responsibilities:Motivate sales staff to ensure the sales targets are achieved.
Opening and closing of store.
Daily and monthly stock count.
Provide product training to sales staff.
Handle customers' complaints and defective items.
Maintain standards of staff discipline & housekeeping.
Provide feedback on the team's work performance.
Store maintenance, i.e.
lighting, fixtures, and display materials.
Ensure proper maintenance of customer data.
Arrange roster and manage daily shop operations.
Manage stock and control inventory.
Maintain VM display at shop level.
Prepare monthly traffic and demographics report.
Ensure special promotions are carried out effectively and efficiently.
Develop a succession planning with Retail Manager and identify and groom the next in line.
Assist in ad-hoc matters as and when required.
Minimum Requirements:At least 3 years relevant experience in a supervisory role.
Good communication skills; ability to speak several languages will be an advantage.
Strong passion to provide excellent customer service.
Experience in fashion retail industry preferred.
Proactive, energetic, and a team player.
