Job description: Supervisor – Cleaning & SecondaryRole and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of operators and manufacturing specialists in cleaning and secondary area.
Ensure the timely delivery of all products in required quality and at reasonable cost level.
Monitor the production output and maintain high-quality standards to meet KPI's.
Initiate and monitor training of employees to cover onboarding, repetitive training, compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
Provide skill development plan for existing employees.
Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
Address quality issues promptly and effectively.
Ensure regular maintenance of high purity cleaning machine to prevent downtime.
Coordinate with maintenance team for major repairs.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
Conduct regular safety inspections.
Ensure continuous improvement in process and 5S at work environment.
Manage inventory of cleaning liquid, tools and supplies.
Support daily tasks assigned by superior.
Qualifications and Key Skills:5 years of working experience in cleaning and secondary process.
3 years of supervisory experience in similar production environment.
Prefer to possess knowledge in metrology, material or chemistry properties, especially for aluminium and stainless steel.
Experienced in using laboratory equipment, e.g., conductivity meter, PH meter, etc.
Strong ability to lead, motivate and manage a shopfloor team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
