Supervisor, Communications Training

Description Designing and delivering training programs for staff in the use of communications systems, tools and techniques making staff fluent and able to communicate in English.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver training programs for staff in the use of communications systems, tools and techniques.Develop and execute communications training materials and activities for all levels of staff.Analyze training needs to create tailored training plans.Facilitate workshops and seminars to ensure that staff have the necessary knowledge to effectively use their communication tools.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training delivered.Research industry trends to stay abreast of best practices in communications training and development.Create and maintain effective collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.Develop and implement plans to measure the impact of training on organizational performance.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures related to communications training.Prepare reports and presentations to communicate training results and progress.Candidate ProfileKnowledge of communication theory and best practices in teaching English as a second or foreign languageAbility to develop and customize effective teaching materialsExperience in delivering presentations and facilitating workshopsAbility to create a positive learning environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of different communication stylesExcellent organizational skillsAbility to facilitate group discussion and problem solvingAbility to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of various audiencesKnowledge of various methods of evaluation and assessmentUnderstanding of adult learning conceptsProficiency in using technology to present materialCapacity to foster collaboration among learnersUnderstanding of multimedia approaches to trainingAbility to identify communication challenges and suggest solutionsNative or near-native fluency in English (Proficiency in C1, Assessment will be send if employee is eligible for IJP )Preferably, experience in teaching ESL and EFLLocation:MYS CyberjayaLanguage Requirements:Time Type:Full time2024-06-30
