We are seeking a motivated and experienced F&B Supervisor (Chinese speaker) to join our Korean Food Outlets.Responsibilities:
Assist the F&B Director in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient and effective service.
Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Support in leading, training, and supervising staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience.
Assist in managing inventory levels, placing orders, and maintaining stock of supplies.
Monitor and control costs to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards.
Assist in preparing and managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and implementing cost control measures.
Collaborate with the F&B Director and marketing team to execute promotional activities and events.
Assist in developing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Requirements:
Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
Experience in a Korean restaurant.
Familiarity with Korean culinary traditions and ingredients will be an advantage.
Fluency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is a must.
