Supervisor Grocery (Gamuda Walk - Kota Kemuning)

_**Supervisor - Grocery;**_- Perform proper stock management by maintaining a fully stocked store and store condition by following visual merchandising standards.- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that following with company's plans and communicate them to staff.- Perform proper greetings and attend customers' needs by recommending items that match their needs.- Receive customer complaints and resolve problems.- Keep up to date with product information, features and benefits.- Responsible to follow up with Department Superiors on orders in regular basis.- Close working relationship with Receiving Department and involved in receiving goods by checking freshness, quality of product and expiry dates (all Fresh Market Departments).- Perform stock count on weekly, monthly and yearly basis.- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback with proper coaching.- To train new staff on work flow following company's standards.- Pass on information from upper management to staff and vice versa.- Responsible to abide safety operation rules & regulation in store.- Perform housekeeping, ensure cleanliness and health & safety measurement in storeroom and selling floor.- Any other jobs which is relevant to storeroom and selling floor management.- **General;**_- To adhere and enforce all Company's policies and procedures.- Undertake / participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.- Minimum 1-2 year(s) of working experience in related field.- Attention to details and sense of urgency.- Computer literate, able to perform accurate data entry.- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.- Familiar with imported items will be added advantage.- Willing to work in Klang Valley.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus**Language**:- Bahasa Malaysia (required)- English (required)Ability to Commute:- Kota Kemuning (required)
