Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to Production Manager/Assistant Production Manager.
Responsible for production operation and related matters.
To achieve production objectives such as line output, productivity, efficiency, quality, yield, and machine utilization.
To manage resources effectively.
To ensure shipments schedule is met.
To perform posting data, such as GR and scrap, and submit production reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
To initiate preventive actions for the occurrence of non-conformity products and recommend solutions.
To coordinate with the Store regarding inventory of finished goods and materials.
To ensure production operations meet the company's quality policy and objectives and comply with customers' requirements.
To initiate improvement plans and continuous improvement plans for production operations and cost-saving.
To lead the production team in supporting management and customers, such as implementing quality systems and attending internal and customer audits.
To promote housekeeping and safety.
Other duties and assignments by superior from time to time.
