Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and oversee workers to ensure cleaning tasks are completed to high standards.
Provide guidance to team members on unfamiliar cleaning tasks.
Update management on project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Follow up on ongoing projects to maintain efficiency and quality.
Communicate effectively with clients, address their concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Focused and able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced and high workload environment.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Fluent in both Malay and English.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or similar role.
Own transport for commuting to and from work sites.
