Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Supervise and mentor branch staff, providing guidance and support.

Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate with other branches and departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
