Supervisor (Main Cable)

Job Description:
- Supervise and monitor construction works and ensure project on-time completion.
- Ensure that all materials delivered to site conform to the approved specifications and the project's inspection test plan.
- Update the progress of the works and problems encountered.
- Review drawings and highlight any discrepancies before construction.
- Conduct inspections of E&I site tests of the contractors and subcontractors.
- Ensure all materials used are as per approved specifications.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure construction works achieve high standards of quality and workmanship.
- Conduct meetings with clients and relevant agencies such as certifying authorities.
- Provide regular updates, reports, recommendations, analysis, etc., to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in site supervision.
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical & Instrumentation) or equivalent.
- Required Skills: Auto-CAD, Microsoft Office, proficient in using computer/laptop.
- Familiar with building regulations, construction techniques, materials, testing & inspection procedures.
- Must have a good understanding of building regulations and construction techniques.
- Team player and meticulous to details.
