Job ResponsibilitiesOversee all warehouse operations, serving and motivating warehouse associates, leading by example, and creating a positive team-building atmosphere.
Receive and count incoming components while reviewing for defects or shortages.
Report shortages, defects, goods used or issued, and expenses into the EBS Oracle system and inventory reports for analysis.
Release or distribute products or materials, including physical delivery of items to manufacturing floors and offices.
Maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting regular physical counts with the warehouse team and reconcile discrepancies with the warehouse inventory system.
Use labeling or organizational tools, including systems, to determine proper storage methods, identification, and inventory locations in an orderly and easily accessible manner.
Order inventory or shipping materials as needed while working with purchasing and management staff on inventory procurement and availability.
Ensure a safety culture by enforcing safety standards and adhering to standard operating procedures.
Maintain the area; keep it clean and tidy.
Drive a productive, motivated workforce by providing effective coaching, feedback, and encouragement.
Measure and report KPIs and operational metrics to managers on a weekly basis.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the direction, training, and development of warehouse personnel.
Education & ExperienceDegree in any discipline; majoring in supply chain and logistic management will be an advantage.
5 years of experience in a supervisor or leadership role.
Required to be computer literate.
