Job Title: Mechanical and Electrical Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, pumps, piping, ventilation, air conditioning, boilers, compressors, and other mechanical equipment.
Supervise the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems such as wiring, switchgear, lighting, electrical panels, generators, and circuit breakers.
Ensure that mechanical and electrical systems meet the required standards, codes, and specifications.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure all mechanical and electrical systems are functioning properly.
Lead a team of technicians, engineers, and other staff responsible for mechanical and electrical work.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Ensure that all mechanical and electrical systems comply with local, national, and international regulations, standards, and codes.
Maintain quality assurance by checking the completed work against specifications and drawings.
Diagnose and resolve issues in mechanical and electrical systems.
Implement corrective actions when problems arise to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
Maintain an efficient preventive maintenance schedule for all mechanical and electrical equipment.
