GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION Responsible to direct, organize, control and be accountable for packing D365 activities in packing. To ensure smooth operation, accurate inventory & material usage in packing. To assist supervisors in problem solving & troubleshooting related to D365 system.
What your role look like? Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Sr Manager, Manufacturing Ops, you will have the opportunity to:
Train & educate team on D365 system, develop super users in packing. Guide team on cycle count/stock verification in packing Develop good teamwork and discipline among subordinates. Identify and ensure that all resources are adequate. Keep abreast of changes and communicate timely of changes to subordinates. Have a in-depth knowledge of each processes and product requirements. To arrange and ascertain that orders are packed according to priorities. To ensure, aware and communicate the company's Quality Policy, Occupational Safety & Health Policy and Environmental Policy to the subordinates. To be aware, committed and responsible to understand the importance of protecting the environment by ensuring all activities and practices toward prevention of pollution and in compliance to legal requirements. Ensure you and your subordinates apply Safety & Risk Management techniques in your workplace. Ensure that your subordinates comply to SOPs and know where these SOPs are available. Train your subordinates on relevant SOPs and ensure that they comply fully to the Company's Quality System, Hygiene practices, and other do's and don'ts. Ensure you and your subordinates understand the implications of improper job performance and the need for quality work at all times. Ensure that you and your subordinates obey the company's rules and regulations, disciplinary procedures and any general instructions issued by the management from time to time. See to it that your subordinates maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the work area. To constantly strive to improve productivity and quality. To satisfy your internal customer's requirements. To assist superior in projects or assignment, and carry-out other duties as instructed by superior. To supervise shift fitters and help to minimize downtime. To perform any other job as assigned by your superior or management from time to time. What will you bring to Ansell Degree / Diploma in any related disciplines. 2-3 years supervisory working experience. Candidate with SPM / SPMV qualification having related working experience will be considered. Computer literate with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Works independently as well as within a team, with guidance in only the most complex situations. Strong leadership qualities, self-motivated and able to lead a team of operators in meeting daily target. Mature and analytical with strong leadership qualities and people management and interactive skills. Able to work with minimum supervision and willing to work long and irregular hours if needed to. #J-18808-Ljbffr
