In-charge of manpower planning within the production and ensure daily smooth operation of productionPlan and deploy manpower according to products requirement. Ensure production and shipment is on time. Ensure quality standard of product. Cross training of employees across product group. Able to guide and lead the production team to meet OTD. Able to lead and resolve day to day line issues. Able to initial CIP to improve the line MLT and to improve the productivity. Responsible and support 5S and lean activities. Able to support ad-hoc activities as assigned by Supervisor.
