Requirements Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience and exposure in a manufacturing environment.Must have IT background and experience handling IT/Automation projects.A minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership or supervision in the manufacturing line.Knowledge in computer literacy (Power Point, Excel, Word, Power BI).Must be able to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysProven experience in managing teams and supervising operators level.Strong leadership and organizational skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.Job Duties Responsible for coaching, guide, and necessary discipline of the leaders and operators along with the related SOPs.Ensure champion in safety practices in designated area or in scope of work area.Ensure operators make quality products as efficiently as possible, adhering to the job instructions and established quality standards procedures.Take immediate action to remove obstacles and eliminate unnecessary downtime in order to achieve production goals.Work with maintenance and Engineering departments to troubleshoot machines and resolve production and/or quality issues. Attend to internal customer complaints and resolve it in a stimulated time.Schedule people and machines based on master schedule provided by planning department.5-minute safety meeting at the beginning of the shift.Ensure employee compliance with workplace policies and SOP according to safety requirements & objectives.Maintain and provide support for all 5S programs.Lead-tier meetings to facilitate communication and problem solving between support team members.Attend daily schedule discussions with suppliers and the PPIC team.Review shift output performance every 2 hours and daily quality performance & employees' absenteeism with line leaders.Resolves line problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action.Supervise employees, including assigning personnel, training, and orienting employees, recognizing significant accomplishments, coaching employees, evaluating performance, providing corrective action, and leading the team to achieve goals.Counseling, disciplining employees, and implementing actions for improvement.Ensure the department meets its KPIs goals (safety, quality, output, DSA, and efficiency).Able to develop plans, set goals, evaluate work accomplishments, and provide effective feedback.Flexibility to move to other operations and/or shifts or weekends as required.
